Yoga Retreat Oxam Hoath 2023

I had the wonderful opportunity to host a lino printing workshop at a yoga retreat in the serene setting of Oxon Hoath. As part of the retreat experience, we explored the connection between creativity and wellbeing by creating chakra-themed posters using traditional lino printing techniques. It was a truly special experience to blend the mindful practice of yoga with the expressive process of printmaking. Participants enjoyed the calm, meditative flow of carving and printing, and the finished chakra prints were not only beautiful but deeply personal reflections of their journey.
